Q:Where did you ship?

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.

Q:How can I contact Howarmer Choice Store?

Q:What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us via the email or the FB and we will happily resolve any issues you may have. Any issue with damage or misplaced garments will be handled in line with our terms and conditions.

Q:When can I expect my orders?

Orders are often processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Q:What is your warranty policy?

All our products are in high quality. You are welcome to contact us regarding any questions concerning a warranty policy before you purchase through our company. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at howarmer_shopify@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
